The Panorama Route is one of South Africa's most breathtaking scenic drives, located just on the doorstep of Kruger National Park. Towering cliffs, ancient waterfalls, and dramatic gorges — nature at its most spectacular.

Terms & Conditions

Important information for booking your safari experience

General

These conditions apply to each and every safari/tour booked with Kruger Connect. The transport, meals, entrance fees, accommodations or other facilities or services which are to be supplied are those specifically stated on our website or in your tour itinerary.

Deposit Requirement

A 20% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is payable no later than 45 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made less than 45 days prior, full payment is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 45 days prior to arrival: 90% refund
  • 30 to 45 days prior: 80% refund
  • 15 to 30 days prior: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days prior: no refund

Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements made by us are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the supplier of the services, transport and accommodation.

Route & Accommodation Alterations

We take every care to ensure itineraries are followed, but unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. We accept no liability due to alteration of routes or substitution of properties.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control. We strongly recommend passengers take out appropriate travel insurance.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers may not carry any unlawful articles or substances while travelling. Offenders will be excluded from the tour and responsible for their own repatriation.
